Quick question, does Bose still fix Quietcomfort 15 headphones? I couldn't find any information regarding whether they do or don't.
That will depend on the country you are in, but probably not.
Generally they don't do repairs on headphones anyway, they just replace them under warranty for free, or outside of warranty they charge a fee. I'm pretty sure they stopped replacing them in my country about 2-3 years ago.
Best thing to do is put the serial number into the Bose support page for your country and that will let you know what your options are.
Hey RonD44,
Thank you for reaching out.
In regard to your query, as correctly states, this is dependant on your country of residence. In the US, the service option for the QC15 headphones is a replacement upgrade to the QC35 II headphones.
Depending on the warranty, there will be a charge or the service can proceed free of charge. If you're outside of the US, it's best to contact the support team in your region to enquire further information on the service options. To do this, simply go to Global Contact Page > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'. The team will be happy to walk you through the process to resolve any difficulties you're having.
