Does L1 Power Base Need some Time for Regocnizing the Inputs?

I have my equipment set up in my house and am making some tests.

I brought in another mixer instead of my usual T1 and got no sound. I waited for a few minutes and got sound.

This seems to be happening each time I use the different mixer.

I have mic and laptop going into the mixer.

Curious if the L1 M2 needs some regognition time before it produces sound?
