Ep22-d ultimox2 can not map to ESP880 dante

Hi Bose Support

I have EP22D and ESP 880 with dante, I can connect and map them with dante controller application, but signal can not transmitted and received between them.

Please help me to fix it

Hello Datvq,

 

I notice that Dante Controller is reporting multiple Grand Master Clocks. And at the bottom right you see the red indicator next to Clock Status Monitor.
So it looks like there is a clocking issue on the network.

Please click on the Clock Status Monitor indicator and see if you can find more information.
If you select preferred Master (mostly not needed), only select one device as preferred master.
Check if IGMP Snooping is configured correctly.
Check if all Dante firmware is up-to-date
