ESP00 Dante card degrade dante firmware

Hi,

We have ESP00 with one 16x16 ControlSpace ESP Dante™ network card (359843-0020) installed. by mistake I upgraded the firmware of this dante card to (Bose_DNC-R32_v2.0.0.0.dnt). Are there any possibility to degrade the firmware ? If yes, can anyone please let me now the steps to achieve it ?

Hi Dipi,

In most cases, you should be able to overwrite the existing Dante card firmware. You can use fum.exe (in ProgramFiles (x86)\Bose\ControlSpace x.xx\Bin). Make sure to chose DNC-E firmware, and select 'override device matching'.
