Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Download CSD 5.9.1, update firmware of 1280C, after update it reports as 1280 instead of 1280C

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

it was working perfectly before the firmware update, now its a paperweight

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Attempted to downgrade firmware but it is still reporting as a 1280
