EX1280 - Logic Stuck

Using the GPO on the EX1280 to fire momentary contacts on a relay. It works most of the time, however, sometimes the Logic Input becomes stuck in a high state. 

 

What would cause this? Thanks!!

I worked out a temporary solution by creating a "RESET" button for the system operator and adding the logic input indicators so they could determine if they need to hit the reset button. The reset button parameter set just sets the inputs to "OFF" condition. 

 

I'd like to know if the problem is caused by programming or a firmware glitch. Thanks!!
