Hi F1 users,
It’s an exciting time and I’m sure many of you early adopters are starting to receive your F1 systems.
It’s come to our attention that the fit between the F1 Subwoofer stand and the Model 812 is a bit tighter than expected. While this loosens over time, and allows for a better fit over the life of the product, it may cause some concern during the first few times separating the stands from the speakers.
In order to alleviate this issue we suggest adding a small amount of any one of the silicone-based lubricants listed below:
http://www.acehardware.com/pro…sp?productId=1272642.
Due to safety regulations, the lubricant above cannot be shipped. I will shortly communicate one that is more widely available and can be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important that the lubricant you use is silicone based. NEVER apply WD40.
Below is a link to a short video that shows how to properly apply the lubricant.
