I got my first Frames Alto and they worked great with my iPhone and my Apple TVs 3Gen. Well, the Frames were recognized and some sound came out. But even if being only 2-3 meters away, they were intermittent with my Apple TV. I sent them back for that reason and got a brand new kit today. Same issue. As I also changed for a brand new Apple TV and everything has the latest software, I suggest Bose looks into this protocol issue and makes a tailor made software upgrade available. The immersive sound otherwise would be perfect to watch movies.
Great stuff, sounds like BOSE listens to customers. The last update has solved the problem. The Frames are tops to watch movies totally immersed via Apple TV. The Bluetooth connection has zero drops. Thank You !
