in carrying the f1 812 peoples knees have pushed against the front grill of the f1 812's and caved them in how do I repair or replace, thanks, towards the top
Hi, Tony,
Welcome to the Bose Portable PA Community.
I'm sorry the front grill(s) of your F1 Model 812 systems got dented in transit. I understand how that can happen. Unfortunately, cosmetic issues like this are not covered under warranty.

The grills are pressure fit in place. If you are careful, you may be able to ease them out. There's no specific tool for doing this. Be careful not to scratch the paint. Once you've got the grill out, you may be able to press out the dent and push the grill back into place.
If you damage the grill in the process, you can order another through Bose Support.
