we have been waiting for ever to get Google Assistant support in the Smart home range of products in India, India being the fast growing market, i am not sure why this market has been deprived of this feature for so long ?
is there any plans to provide Google Assistant support in the Smart home range of products in India ?

just bought bose soundbar 700 and realized there is no Google assistant support.do Bose get any plans to update the existing smart speaker system to work with google assistant in India?
I am very much going to return the product if these features not available.I cannot enable Sony android TV for my TV & Video skills for Alexa, hence Alexa doesn't discover any video devices to play my content. Bose you guys got great audio systems, which I am using for the past 15 years, but really poor in providing smart speakers.
i understand that you do not want to commit to a date, But diplomatic answer that you are not aware when google assistant support would be available is not a good enough answer.
But we would definitely like to know, if Bose has plans to support google assistant in india ? i am sure Bose would want to retain its customers who want google assistant support.
Technically i am not able to understand what is causing Bose not to provide Google assistant support in india ? There are lot of other vendors who are actively providing google assistant support
You need a VPN app only to configure voice assistant
Google assistant support has been provided for Bose 700 units in USA around 6 to 8 months ago.
We pay 30 % more for the product and still are deprived of the latest facilities.
I was assured by Bose store that Google assistant would be available within a few months.
Still waiting.

I also purchased bose sounndbar 700 2 days before and would definitely like to get full value of my hard earned spent money.
All proud owners of this bose speaker are awaiting for this future. None of the bose team is not replied when this google assistant support available in India. Reply please.

You last updated in this forum about 10 months back in 2019. Still no update regarding the release of Google Assistant support for Bose 700? Indians are also paying Bose equivalently. Why is this partiality with us. We don't even get a timeline for our genuine request!

We need the google assistant in India for Bose products!!!!
We have got Google assistant support here in Australia. You guys in India will feel less pain if I tell you that despite this support, Bose product doesn’t support any Google services like YouTube, YouTube Music or Google Music. You can only talk and that’s all!!!

I have also just bought Bose Soundbar 700, which is great product but as in India it is at huge cost, so would expect all the features shared across the globe, I see that the posts are from 2019 and It is end of 2020 still no Google Assistant Support in India doesn't seems fare. I already have couple of Google devices at my home and would like to get all on sync.
Please atleast let us know when the Google Assistant will be released for India
