Horrible customer service for faulty product

I cannot believe how bad Bose customer service is.   I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a shipping label so I can send my faulty product in for repairs, Bose is unable to correct my address In the system, so they keep sending me a label with the wrong address so my product would not get returned to me. No one responds to my emails or chats and I am disconnected after 45 minutes on the phone with them yesterday. I will not buy another Bose product, especially since my expensive speaker broke after less than two years of use.

How much are they going to charge to repair?  With repair and freight, it might be better to scrap it and buy something new.  If you got two years use, maybe you got your money's worth.
