I got these headphones from Costco and the ear pads have worned off. I am trying to find the product number fo 8 char code 8CCX.
Bose’s support teams tools are down for maintenance (not sure why they would do the maintenance during support hours).
I am able to find the product on the site as well as the manuals. But it does not tell me the product number.
The ear pads appear to be oval - 2.5” on the long side and about 2” on the short side.
Appreciate if someone can help find the product number

why not go to the Bose website and look at the various pictures of headphones and see which picture matches your headphones. All you need is the name such as the QC35. You will find that many of the Bose over ear headphones for example use the exact same size replacement cushions. You can buy then from Bose or if you choose, you can do a search for the name of your headphones and ear cushions on sites such as eBay or Amazon to name two.
