Issue with Paired list on Bose 700 NC

Hi,

 

I am not able to see the list of devices which are paired. I used to see the list earlier (on the app) but now when I click on "source" it shows a blank screen.

 

I have (re)paired it with my phone, reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists.

 

Using an Andriod 10 device

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community! Sorry to read that you are having some issues seeing the list of devices that are paired with your headset. 

 

Can you please let me know if you have attempted to use the headset with another device to see if the same issue persists? I'd also like to know if you have recently updated anything within this setup?

This is a common issue (one of many), to see paired devices on your Android device, you have to turn on WiFi. Unfortunately Bose didn't fix it with the latest app update.
