If you would like to adjust eq do 1/2 channel instead.by reviewing, people like the effect on T1 more than t4s

you could use ch1& ch2 for the karaoke machine? what kind of effects on the t1 that the t4s dont have? sorry am new at this. i had a yamaha stagepass 600i for my at home karaoke but i sold it because i really like the bose but do not know anything about it

Hi Tom,

Yes, you can use Channels 1, 2, 3, or 4 for the Karaoke machine.

You can use a cable like this.

or adapters like this if you already have an RCA cable.

You can also use Channels 5/6 if you don't need to process the sound with Presets, EQ, or effects.  You'll probably want to control the volume using the Karaoke machine.

Here is a Comparison of the T4S/T8S to the T1®.

I am looking for the karaoke system. So i love the L1 Pro16. So can i use it for karaoke and what else i need to buy more? I using Qled Samsung TV.

Or can help me to purchase complete a karaoke system with Bose.

Thank you!

Hi Vuong,

Welcome to the forum! I think the L1 Pro16 would likely be overkill for karaoke, depending on how large your setup space is. I recommend taking a look at the S1 Pro or L1 Pro8 system.

Bose do not make any dedicated karaoke systems - I advise taking a look at online recommendations, such as this list

Hope this helps!

I use a pro16.

For karaoke, I use my laptop, plugged into the pro16, and 2 mics plugged into the pro 16.

I have a t4 if I need extra mics, but I rarely do.

Works great

Thank you, so if we just use 2 mic we just need the pro 16 or pro 32, we don't need any T4 or T.,.?

I am using the Lifestyle 650 home entertainment system, if a want to use it for karaoke, i need to buy a mixer (bose T4s) or i can't use this system for karaoke?

Thank you!

Hey Vuong!

The LifeStyle 650 can be used without a mixer for karaoke if you have a separate karaoke machine that can connect via HDMI.

Hi Danny,

I'm a new member here. I purchased the Bose L1  Model 2 with T1 tonematch. I have a similar problem. I connected my guitar with the 1/4 TS cable to the channel 2  but it did not work ( result no sound or green light on the Trim). Can you advise ?

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy!

If you would like to discuss this setup in more depth with a member of the Bose Pro product support team, you can find contact details for them here.

Thank you very much, Dylan.

Have you attempted connecting the pc to the T4S via USB cable instead of the 1/eight" headphone output to Y-cable? (If you do, make certain you have established the modern day T4S firmware, which complements USB routing.)
