Known Issues: Miscellaneous

Please visit this page frequently, as we will update known issues as they come in.

1. When in “Cluster View” (as opposed to Room view):

a) Deleting an array in “Cluster View” will cause the software to crash. Workaround: delete an array only in Room View.

b) When in “Cluster View”, moving the cluster location (with the cluster selected, enter the X/Y/Z location coordinates in the Properties Tab) within 3m (~10ft) of another cluster will cause the software to crash. Workaround: move the loudspeaker in the “Room View”, either by entering the X/Y/Z cluster location coordinates in the Properties Tab, or dragging the cluster. While selecting the loudspeaker, make sure that the loudspeaker is selected, and not the cluster (the Selection toolbar will read “loudspeaker x or array x”, as opposed to “cluster x”.

c) Clicking on the “Camera” icon while inside of the “Cluster View” will cause the software to crash.

2. [Not a bug, but a frequently asked question]: HASP key not recognized. If the HASP key was inserted into your USB drive during software installation, the HASP software will not install correctly. Please un-install and re-install the software with the HASP key removed.
