L1 does not fit round base?

My bose l1 classic does not fit the round base, I tried several ways and I do not hear the click, I do not see any imperfections either, what to do? thanks a thousand for the help

Hi, norpal.

Is there a chance you are trying to put the Cylindrical Radiator®  (tower) from an L1 Classic into an L1 Model I (look closely at the labels on the Cylindrical Radiator® and the power stand).

The L1 Model I has orange L1® Markings on the Power Stand and the L1 Cylindrical Radiator® loudspeaker sections. The other Models do not have these.

Norpal Classic doesn't click

When you put everything together (even if there's no click), can you get any sound from the system when you connect a microphone or instrument?

Please show us a picture of the labels from the Cylindrical Radiator® (tower pieces).
