L1 Heavy Duty bags

Is there any place where I can buy two heavy duty bags for the Cylindrical Radiators?

Hi RDHmusic,

Bose has the standard Cylindrical Radiator® bags (the same as are supplied when you get an L1®). These are available through Bose Support (see number below).  Other than that, you need to look for third-party solutions.

See: Hardshell Cases for more ideas.

Does anybody else have ideas?

I use the Bose original bags and place those into a speaker stand bag. It keeps the Bose bags in pristine condition as well as adding sufficient cushion without insane bulk or weight.

I put the Bose bags into a speaker stand bag from the local music store chain.

It makes it easier to carry or cart and also keeps the Bose bags in mint condition as well as adding a lot of cushion without a lot of bulk or weight.

I put my l1s in a hard shell rolling golf club case...really protects them and you can get them used at Goodwill or places like that for $10-$15.

Thanks Neil.

I’ll get my serial numbers and call them today.

Are the heavy-duty bags going to return?

Dr. Rhythm,

It is not likely that we will be getting any further inventory as the vendor is no longer in business.

We may explore other alternatives in the future and will keep you posted on any formal plans.

Thank you,
Neil

That’s too bad. They seemed like a good option to replace my aging bags. I wish I would have thought of it sooner. Thanks for the information.
