L1 Model 2 sound garbled

I have a L1 Model 2 sound tower with bass. The sound is garbled, mostly the vocals.

Is this broken? Can I get it fixed?

From your video it looks like you need a different cable from the computer headphone jack output to the T1.

The grey and red ends should be connected to T1 channel 4/5.

Thank you for your response. I do not have that cable right now, I will need to acquire one. Once I do I will verify on here if it works.
