L1 Model ll with Tone Match no sound from tower but music plays on AUX speaker

I have a L1 Model ll with Tone Match no music sound from tower or bass speaker but music plays on AUX speaker. I tried switching the cat5 cable from Tone Match to base but still music only comes from the AUX speaker.

Welcome to the Bose forum! Sorry to see you're having a problem with this setup.

Please could you clarify what is meant by 'AUX speaker'? Do you have a separate monitor speaker connected to the ToneMatch's AUX output?

Also, do you get audio from the L1 Model II system if you connect it to the ToneMatch mixer with a 1/4" jack cable?
