I'm considering moving up to and L1 Pro32 from an L1 Model 2. Can you give me a sense of how much more improvement I will hear in volume, sound coverage and carry distance and and bass response? A practical example would be helpful. I am also interested in how it will handle a band compared to a model 2.
Low end of Sub2 night and day difference than B2. Sub1 = 2 x b2 ! Made a bunch of videos on the subject. If possible don't sell your L1M2 they play great together for large gigs!

Great review! We were planning to sell our L1 model 2/B1 in order to move up, but your comment about them working well together is intriguing me. So it doesn't create any problems with phasing or balancing the bass levels? For larger outdoor shows, would we set them up on each side of the stage? Given the additional volume, would it be better to put them on the sides rather than behind the band? Thanks!

It depends - do you want to use the speakers as both front-of-house speakers and also stage monitors?
