L1Pro8 issue

Just wondering if anyone has issues with the L1Pro8 humming issues when not using the extension column? Sounds great with the extension column but when use alone, doesn’t seem to have the full crips sounds.

(4.1.1, 13.0.2, etc.)

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on

(Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce


What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Have you tried calling Bose Customer Support?

Hi Pete,

If you're only seeing this issue when not using the extension, make sure the speaker array is fitted firmly in the L1 Pro's Powerstand.
