Can you direct me to a list of the current T4 presets as I can on find this list for T1 presets from 2007.

The list from your post above: ToneMatch Banks All contains all the ToneMatch Presets that are available for download. These are not all included when the unit ships from the factory. For others reading along, you can get them here: ToneMatch Presets Download.
From the factory, the T4S comes with these installed
ToneMatch Factory Presets
