Firstly, could you confirm the Bose system that you have, so I can find the correct diagram and other relevant information for you?

I doubt you really need a wiring diagram. Just connect each /- wire from the Acoustimass module outs to the appropriate Bose cube. Then, connect /- speaker wires from the receiver speaker outs to the appropriate Acoustimass module in's.
Can you please recommend a speaker cables for the runs please bearing it in mind it’s for a bedroom set up

Just google it. There are tons of articles on the internet explaining which speakers wires to use based on speaker impedance and distance.
