I've updated the firmware & tried everything I can think of, but I'm finding myself just not able to rely on these headphones for meetings because it's almost guaranteed that the connection will spontaneously drop, and cause everyone to have to wait for me while I try to clear the bluetooth memory & reconnect. I'm opting for $15 earbuds over the $300 Bose Quiet Comfort, because the connection to my Macbook Pro is just far more reliable. I thought I'd try one more attempt at finding an answer to this before I just sell these & go with Apple's Airpods. I really prefer these, but I can't stand the unreliable Bluetooth connectivity.
