Microphone issue with Tonematch

Shure microphone no longer works with Tonematch but does work when plugged directly into the L1 compact system

Where do you run into the issue? Everytime the microhphone is connected

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Worked great for a year, then stopped producing sound.  

Any troubleshooting steps you took

I am sorry to hear about this issue you are facing. Can you provide the exact model of Shure Microphone you using?

 

If it is a Condenser Microphone it would require Phantom Power, this may just need to be activated on the ToneMatch Mixer.
