Model 1 L1 bass cutting out when B1 plugged in

When we plug the B1 unit into the Bose, the bass cuts out from the tower, and there is no sound from the B1 unit. We have tried 3 different B1 units, 3 cables, and all four channels. Unplug the B1, and the bass comes back into the tower.

I’m sorry to hear of the issue you are having with the system. It looks as though you’ve troubleshot extensively and the issue seems to be pointing to your Powerstand. If other B1’s that you know are functional and new cables are not resolving the issue, we may need to look into service for the Powerstand of your L1.
