I dealer can’t get the USB key to work.
He is running W7 and Modeler 6.7 Standard.
Looking at his device manager he only has 2 controllers and I have 3 on my machine.
-is that because I have the PLUS version, or should he also have 3 controllers?

I’m not familiar with these bus controllers so I suggest a re-install of the HASP key drivers, potentially using an updated driver from SafeNet. See also this link.
