I have a dealer here in the Atlanta area that is trying to install Modeler Plus on to his computer and he is getting a pop up window from the “compatibility assistant” saying that “This driver cannot be used due to compatibility issues” with the tag below that being “Sentinel Hardlock Device Driver for Windows x64 Safenet Inc.”.
I did recommend putting the USB key in the computer and seeing if it would go out and find the appropriate drivers by itself but I have not heard back from them yet as to whether this was successful.
Its a Lenovo Yoga213 running Windows 8. Is this a hardware issue or OS issue or ?

I had the same issue with a dealer in Belgium.
Installing the right sentinel driver resolved the problem.
