I own a pair of S1 Pros.  I haven't experienced this but would like to ask a few questions.

1) Was the S1 Pro working and then this just started happening or has it always done this?

2) What input(s) are you using and what type of device(s)? (guitar/mic/external audio source)

3} Are you using any ToneMatch settings? (guitar/mic or off)

4) What is the orientation of the S1 Pro? (vertical/horizontal/tilted).  The reason I ask is that the S1 Pro has an "AutoEQ" feature which is based on the position of the unit.  There is a built-in accelerometer that can detect if the unit is sitting vertically flat, tilted back horizontally, tilted back vertically or mounted on a speaker stand.  If you're using a speaker stand, the unit can detect the speaker stand mounting through a small contact switch located in the recessed hole on the bottom of the S1 Pro.  When the unit is placed on the pole of a speaker stand the switch closes and the system uses a different AutoEQ setting.  It's important to have a firm fit on the stand, as not all stand poles have the same diameter.
