NC700 Not Responsive - Wont Turn Off

My NC700 headphones stopped responding yesterday but the white on light is lit up.  If i hold the power button the light blinks like it wants to pair, but hitting it once doesn't turn them off or on.

Is there anyway to force them to shut off so I can restart them?  Or do I need to wait for the battery to run out?

Hello thelastyeti,

Thanks for posting!

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with your headphones.

To troubleshoot this, please give the following a try:

To reboot your headset:

  1. Disconnect all cables from your headphones
  2. Connect the larger end of the USB charging cable to a wall charger or a computer that is powered on
  3. On the headphones, press and hold the Power/Bluetooth® button while connecting the smaller end of the USB cable to the right earcup. The Power LED should quickly blink twice
  4. Once connected, release the Power/Bluetooth button after two seconds.
Tip: If the headphones are unresponsive after a reset, reset them a second time.

Please let me know how you get on.

Reset once and was able to turn them off but they didn't reconnect.  Reset them again and all is well.  Thanks for the help!
