What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on Using headphone with VOIP software on Windows 10 (e.g. Skype, Google Meet, Microsoft Team)

I have successfully paired my headphone to my laptop running Windows 10. It presents two profiles:

Stereo and Hands Free AG Audio.

Stereo seems to have better sound quality so when launching VOIP software such as Skype, I am trying to pick the Stereo headphones as speaker and Hands-Free AG Audio Profile as microphone.

Unfortunately, I can't hear anything using this setup. Microphone works fine.

If I choose both speaker and microphone to have the Hands-Free AG Audio Profile, both speaker and microphone work, but the sound on headphone is TERRIBLE and very very choppy.

How can I get my headphone to work on Stereo and microphone to work on Hands-Free AG Audio?

At the moment, to get around this issue, I setup my headphone as stereo but uses my laptop built-in microphone instead of hands-free ag Audio. This way the stereo still works. But I can't leave my seat during conference call as microphone is attached to my laptop 😞

Any help would be super appreciated. I really love the sound quality of this NC700, but buying this headset was supposedly for daily skype call at work.

Please help.
