I connected everything on the Input channel : the micro on Channel 2, Iphone on channel 4/5 and my guitar on channel 1. I turned on my system (Model 2 with T1 tonematch). It worked perfectly yesterday. Today, I turn power on ..and try it all (all green light are on) ....but I hear no sound again.
Has this issue occurred again since you last tested the setup? It is unclear from the picture, but it looks like the channels may be muted on the T1 mixer.
I'm sorry to hear about your problems with your system.
If you haven't changed anything since turning it off in a working condition I would try disconnecting the Tonematch cable at both ends and then reconnecting it. I would also try disconnecting the cable to the sub and then reconnecting that. Sometimes the connections aren't as "good" as one thinks. Should this not work I would try connecting the T1 to the Power stand with a "normal" network cable to see if that works. I know that you might have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cables, but it's always worth trying a different network/Cat cable to see if the fault lies there.
It would be cool to know if you managed to solve the problem, and if so where the problem actually lay. Feedback is something which has helped all of us over the many years that this community has existed.
