On Monday, November 19, 2018, a new firmware update (2.0.0.0) is available for the Bose noise-masking sleepbuds charging case. The update is only accessible through the Bose Updater site (http://btu.bose.com/) using a micro-USB connection.
Release notes:
- Fixes instances where charge case doesn't fully charge Sleepbuds
- Improves how quickly the charge case detects that a Sleepbud has been inserted
