No sound from top half of L-1 array

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)     NOT APPLICABLE

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

No sound from top half of array (L 1 system)

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Problem started 2 days ago

Any troubleshooting steps you took

I have 2 L 1 systems. Switched tops and bottoms. No change

 

Question: Can you provide new pin connectors? (molex connectors?)

Please contact me as soon as possible. I am a working musician and need this up and running in 4 days.

Welcome to the Bose forum! I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. 

When you mention switching top and bottom arrays gives 'no change' - does this mean that the same array still gives no audio? Or is the array with no audio always the one on top?
