I bought the Free SoundSport earbuds and they don't seem to be noise cancelling. All the product information that I remember seeing said they were but I don't hear it cancelling. Am I doing something wrong or are they not noise cancelling?
You're not doing anything wrong. The SoundSport Free headphones are not noise cancelling.
