Other digital mixers in L1

Hi

I have a Bose L1 that I have been used for more than 10 years. I am wondering if i can buy another digital mixer than a Tonematch and connect it to the L1 with the digital connection. Is the digital connection on L1 only for Tonematch or can it be used by other mixers that have a digital output?

Hi Hjo,

 

To my knowledge the Bose mixers are the only mixers that will work with the ToneMatch port.

 

The T4 will operate with the ToneMatch port on your L1, but the T8 requires the power supply and analog connection.
