I am using the t4s as my primary mixing board. I utilize 3 channels/inputs. I am trying to record directly from the board (onto a Zoom H5 from 1/4 output from t4s to xlr in on the H5), on individual tracks. Is there a way to isolate each of the 4 input channels into separate output channels, and I would prefer them to be post eq. Thanks for any help!

Not really.
You can try routing two channels through to the T4S main outputs (left and right) and two channels to Aux 1 and Aux 2. But if you want to keep the channels discrete, you won't be able to hear the channels you send to the Aux outputs. You can read more here: T4S Aux Outputs
