I have a set of Motorola model SH012 wireless/Bluetooth headphones ( sorry to say they are Bose) and I can't get them to pair with my Bose s1 Pro I have two s1 Pro can this be done?

No, you can't connect the S1 Pro to your headphones via Bluetooth.
The S1 Pro can receive a Bluetooth signal (e.g., from a phone or a tablet), but it cannot transmit. If you want to hear sound from the S1 Pro through your Bluetooth headphones - no, you can't do that.
If you run the Bose Connect app on a phone or tablet, you can send a Bluetooth signal from the Bose Connect app to up to two Bose devices (e.g., S1 Pro, Bose SoundLink Revolve), but that works only with specific products.
