Hello everyone,
I’d like to give a single answer based on my experience with the panel locked with Bose PowerMatch products.
In my case, it was a PM8500, but the same applies to the entire PowerMatch line.
From my research, I’ve learned that:
Bose Professional doesn’t want to share the unlocking procedure with end customers or with all technicians within their organization. Only the technical managers are able to perform this procedure by connecting via a remote session and using Control Space Designer.
During the session, they obscure your view while they retrieve the lost code, provide it to you, and delete this setting upon request.
So, like I did, the only way is to go to Bose Professional support for your country and have them schedule an appointment to unlock it.
