Password lock on PM8250

Hi Team!!
We have a customer in Thailand and set the front panel for a year, however the password was missed.
we would like to re-config the system, is there anyway to find the password or restore the amplifier to factory setting?

I have the same problem, I have 2 PM8250 on lock mode. Needed the PIN number to unlock, can anyone help?

We had PM8250 installed in our cafe a few months ago, the cafe is now using a new music player, but we cannot unlock the front panel in order to adjust any of the settings. Please assist.

Hi Chris,

a customer bought a new environment with installed BOSE Sound and called us to make some adjustments. The ESP880A and both PM8250 are locked with password.

Is there a way to unlock it?

Try to download Controlspace Designer and use it to recover the password.
