I have a PM8500 amp running in a room. Can I route the analog inputs on the amplifier to Dante if I add a Dante card to the amp? I would like to do away with the audio mixer in the room and move that mix to my DSP.
My idea is that I would connect the wireless mics in our conference room directly to the amp. Then route those inputs into my DSP for processing and mixing with other Dante audio sources. The room mix would then come from the DSP via Dante into PM8500.
Is this doable?
