I provided you all the information including log file. Can you update me .

Thanks

Hello Suresh,

Thanks for reaching back out to us via the Community! We don't currently have any further updates to share at this moment in time but will update this thread as soon as we do.

We appreciate your patience with this.

It was working good till the recent upgrade.

Are you going to fix or we have to live with it?

I have the same issue.  Soft reset works for that use but as soon as I turn off and back on, Alexa stops working again.  It’s worked fine for a year and just stopped working a few weeks ago.  It’s gets annoying needing to reset the speaker every time I use it in order to get Alexa to respond.  This is one of the reasons we purchased this product because it claims to work with Alexa.  Anyways, very frustrating.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your messages. We have recently discovered a firmware bug that will make Alexa unresponsive if the Portable Home Speaker reaches a low battery state. This can be corrected by holding the “play/pause” button for 10 seconds, but the issue will return if the low-power state is reached again. If holding the play pause button does not restore Alexa functionality, please reach out to your local Bose support channel.

We are working to prioritize a firmware update to address this issue, and we anticipate a release in early Fall. We will continue to update this community thread as more information is available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through this for you. Thank you.

Thank you restoring mine and will make sure it stays charged until the fix.
