Power/fault LED on L1 Model II base

The unit has been working fine for some months now.  But now I notice the power/fault LED is not lighting up at all.  At times it begins to come on blue and then goes out.  Other times it does not come on at all.  However the system has power and works fine.  Is there a light that needs replaced?  Is there a shop I can take it to so it can be looked at?  I live near Tampa Florida.  thanks  Diane
