PowerMatch amplifiers, front panel setting changes not persistent

Summary
PowerMatch amplifiers are not saving front-panel setting changes. Settings revert back on power cycles even when (on network version amps) users elect to “Restore Last Settings” in ControlSpace Designer.

Cause
A firmware bug prevents front-panel changes from being persistent through power cycles of the amplifier.

Product
PowerMatch all amplifiers, all voltages, running firmware version 1.350 (packaged with CSD 3.2) and later.

Workaround
Use ControlSpace Designer software and a connection to the amplifier to upload and save settings to the amplifier. Until the issue is fixed, we recommend not making front panel parameter changes that are intended to remain.

Resolution
Root cause found and fixed in a new version of firmware (to be rolled out shortly).
