After firmware update on a P4300 to version 1.3, the configuration utility still reads version 1.171

 

Bose product name P4300

 

Country - USA

 

Firmware Version - 1.171 to 1.3

 

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce - updated firmware, amp rebooted, still reads old version... repeated steps and manually rebooted amp... still reads old version

Hi JeffAlex,

 

This is a misnomer. There is no real problem.

The firmware version we list as version "1.3" is actually a software package which contains firmware v1.171 and WebUI version 1.117. 

It's confusing, so we might be changing how this is listed/displayed. 

But either way, the good news is that you're already up to date.
