I love my Bose Sopranos sunglasses! I've tried the competition and their all crap. I wouldn't say the Sopranos couldn't improve, I really hate that the charging cable is proprietary and I've just broken mine. Yes Apple does this but my guess is there's a reason why they don't have a mini usb-c or the original mini USB cable.
I hope someone at Bose sees my post and will mail me a replacement cable since I just got the glasses 3 months ago.🙏
I tried using the online support and it gave me a message after I triple checked the serial number that said since this product is so new I need to call them,no online support 😪
