QC 35 II - Problem with sound Windows 8.1

Bose product name - QC 35 II

 

App Version -4.8.1

 

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on - Laptop ASUS Windows 8.1

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce - Headphones connect to the PC but do not play sound, even though the PC is sending sound to them

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? - It started to happen the first time the headphones were connected to the computer

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took - When the sound does not play, I remove the headphones from the list of the connected bluetooth devices. After several attempts to reconnect and remove the headphones, it finally start playing sound. After turning off the PC/headphones the problem occurs again.
