I haven't found any forum answers regarding my issue/s.
I have iphone 6 and it pairs up with the QC35 earphones via bluetooth just fine. Although, there are 2 devices listed in bluetooth, first one says Bose QC35 and the 2nd listed uses the nickname that I gave the earphones "SonicUnicorn"
When I check in the Bose connect app, it says "music not available". Occasionally a song suddenly plays, but only for a moment, then it shuts down. Also, I cannot play any music from the itunes music app either. That app crashes immediately, in fact, the app crashes all the time now, even when the earphones are switched off. It was working fine until now! All other audio is playing fine eg Youtube and a meditation app with music.
I have shutdown iphone a few times. I have also selected "forget this device" for the QC earphones, then reconnected via the Bose app. I have also completely uninstalled the Apple Music app and reinstalled, then synced all my music once again. None of these ideas have helped.
I will add that the earphones are pairing via bluetooth to my Macbook Air and playing anything I want just fine! That was no problem at all.
