Qc35 ii Unable to clear my Bluetooth

I have a new iPad and I wanted to clear the Bluetooth first before start pairing with mine. When I tried to clear, after repeating my old devices, keep pushing to the Bluetooth icon, the voice stop, it never say the list is clear. What can I do?

Do you have the Bose Connect app on your previous device? If so, you can use this to clear the pairing list. Simply open the app and head into devices section, the option should be at the top on the screen.
