QC45 not recognized by Bose Connect

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

The Bose Connect App does not recognize the QC45. 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Never worked.

Any troubleshooting steps you took

All suggested troubleshooting. Such as re-pair Bluetooth, reset the App, reload the App, restart the QC45, restart phone, cleared cache, etc 

 

I haven't tried the 45s yet, but I would assume they use the Bose Music app (most of the recent headhones do). and not the Bose Connect app.

Thank you, yes I figured it out eventually on my own.  Zero help on the Bose web site as to manage this. I placed a ticket on the so-called robust help system, no reply. Thanks again for the response, much appreciated.
